You may leave the list at any time by writing to LISTSERV@H-NET.MSU.EDU. In the text of your message (not the subject line), say:

SIGNOFF H-AHC

If your e-mail address is about to change, you should UNSUBSCRIBE from the old address and SUBSCRIBE at the new address.
