May 3, 2008: We are making progress with the State of the Union speeches. At this moment the Annual Messages / State of the Nation speeches of the first seven presidents are available, and from Abraham Lincoln to the most recent by George Walker Bush (2008).

April 24, 2008: We are almost halfway through the process of adding all the State of the Union speeches to the project. All the texts are already in the project, but to some of them there is no link yet, since they are not in the right format. At this moment the Annual Messages / State of the Nation speeches of the first seven presidents are available, and from Calvin Coolidge (1923) to the most recent by George Walker Bush (2008). In the next days we will make all the speeches available in the new style for the project, which has much better printing facilities than the old style.

June 6, 2006: Added the Plakkaat van Verlatinghe, 1581 july 26 (the Dutch Declaration of Independence from Spain), which has been an inspiration for the American Declaration of Independence
May 19, 2006: I finally found the time to add the new version of the Outline of American History, which was published in 2005 under the George W. Bush presidency. It is the first new version since 1994 and the changes are quite remarkable. But you can judge that for yourself. At this moment, links to other parts of the project are still missing, but they will be added in the next weeks. The same goes for the images.
Using some new CSS-techniques, we now also have a print-version for this part that does not have all the unnecessary navigation parts on the pages. We will implement the same scripts in the other parts of the project in the time to come.
8 May, 2006: Cleaned up the Guestbook for the nnth time. We are considering to close it down completely, because so many idiot abuse it.
September 8 2005: On request added links to a number of Lincoln-websites on the Lincoln-index page
September 7: Added the The Articles of Association, October 20 1774 and links in Abraham Lincoln's first inaugural address
