• The name Colenteur in the preface should be spelled as Collenteur.

• In Figure 3 on page 16 the label of the bottom-middle box should be "Report generating".

• In chapter 5 a mistake has been made concerning the percentages in the tables 14, 18, 23, 24, 25, 26, 27, 28, 29, 30, 31, 34, 35, 36. All the percentages should be divided by 10. Example (see table 36) 102 % should be read as 10.2% and 2% should be read as 0.2%

• Kosmann on page 255 should be Kossmann.
